North American Union
Many people who have their eye on the activities of our government believe that there are plans to form a union among the countries in North America much like the European Union. It would be one nation state going from the southern border of Mexico to the northern border of Canada. According to some, there would be free flow of people in and out these countries which rubs most Americans the wrong way.
According to these researchers, this union will combine military efforts, economic programs and all sorts of other laws. In fact, there would even be a new currency, the Amero. If this were to happen, it would destroy the sovereignty of our nation and change America fundamentally and possibly irreversibly.
This project is officially called the Security and Prosperity Plan and officially they deny any North American Union.
